I have placed an order. When will my items be delivered?
Orders from Zespire Shopping are delivered quickly anywhere in the world, by courier through our logistics partners. Subject to the availability of stock, our minimum lead-time for delivery of any product varies according to the vendors. Normally, the lead time for delivery for every product is mentioned at the bottom of the product of the page.
However, different products may have different delivery lead-times depending upon the vendors or the place of shipment. This is mentioned on various web pages. Also, the delivery is not attempted on Sundays and public holidays, since there is no courier service available on these days. In case there is no courier service to the address mentioned in the order, the order will be cancelled and the same will be intimated to you by email.
In case you choose a Cheque payment option, the order will be processed only after your cheque has been realized.
In case you choose a Demand Draft payment option, your order will be processed only after we have received your Demand Draft.
In case you choose a Cash-On-Delivery payment option, products will be delivered only in India to selected 250 cities. Also please note that Cash on Delivery option wont be valid for if the Delivery is International.
You may track your order via mobile by simply typing TRACK followed by the Order number and send it to 7333. Your status will be updated via SMS.
