The basic premise of the Zespire Rewards Program is that each time you shop on Zespire, you earn free Reward Points. The more Reward Points you accumulate, the more benefits you gain.

We have kept the Zespire Rewards Program simple and easy to track. You need not fill up any form or store copies of invoices for purchases on Zespire. All you have to do is to keep shopping frequently on Zespire to earn more points and benefits, and to make it even simpler, the reward points have been standardized across the stores based on your membership levels.

How does the Zespire Rewards Points Program work?

The Zespire Rewards Program is simple, easy to track and rewarding. Every time you make a purchase on Zespire, you earn Reward Points based on the total value of your purchase. These points are then accumulated into your personal Reward Points Account, which you can track online. You can redeem these points against items available on any of the Zespire stores.

The program runs every calendar year from January to December and has a set period for usage and redemption. It gets reset every year on the first of January. All points earned by you between January and December of a calendar year must get redeemed by March 31st of next year, otherwise they will expire.

For example, all purchases at Zespire made by you between January 1, 2002 till December 31, 2002 will earn you Rewards Points. You can redeem these points anytime upto March 31, 2003, after which they expire. The points you start earning from January 1, 2003 onwards till December 31, 2003 will be added into another account and will be valid till March 31, 2004 for redemption. How many points do I earn when I shop at Zespire?

You earn Rewards Points right from your first purchase at Zespire. Based on the value of your first order, you gain entry into the appropriate membership type (Silver, Gold or Platinum) for the calendar year in which you have shopped with us for the first time..
