Is there a minimum size for organisations who wish to use this service? No. Any company, firm, organisation of any size are welcome to join this program.
Are there minimum order values involved? No, but actual pricing of products will vary depending on volumes of purchase. Obviously, the more you buy, the pricing tends to be better.
What are the products covered under this program? We only sell items that are already available on our various stores. Currently, this includes consumables for your computer peripherals like ink cartridges, toners, CDs, stationery; snack and beverage items for your pantry like coffee, tea, sugar, biscuits; janitorial service items like floor and toilet cleaners, liquid soaps; books for the company libraries, gold coins or watches as incentives for employees etc.
Do we need to purchase across all the above categories ? No, you can choose whatever items you wish to buy from us under this program. Like we mentioned earlier, there is no minimum order value required.
Can multiple people from our company order under this program? Yes, this is a key program benefit, Authorised employees across divisions and locations can order under this program based on pre-fixed commercial terms of service.
Will the prices be better than our current suppliers? This depends on the items and quantities involved. We can discuss this in detail once we get to know more about your requirements.
We get credit from our suppliers, can Fabmall offer this as well? Again this depends on the items and quantities involved. We can discuss this in detail once we get to know more about your requirements. We can offer some interesting payment options designed exclusively for you.
Do I need to order online only? While we can accept offline orders, you may actually find it convenient and beneficial to order online. You can start ordering offline and move to online ordering at a later date.
